CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

To specify the principles of the accounting industry, 31 accountants shaped a federation in 1887 known as ‘American Association of Public Accountants’ (AAPA) which was renamed in 1957 as AICPA and is responsible for administering the CPA examination. CPA is popularly known as Certified Public Accountant. They are accounting proficient has qualified the CPA exam and all of the other educational requirements and work experience which is compelled. For eligibility criteria for the CPA

examination, a individual must have 120 Academic Credits at the graduate level ideally from Commerce stream.

  • 4 Hour Exam (50% MCQ - 50% Simulation)

Part 2:

  • Auditing & Attestation (AUD) - US Auditing Standards
  • 4 Hour Exam (50% MCQ - 50% Simulation)

Part 3 :

  • Regulation (REG) - US Taxation & Law
  • 4 Hour Exam (50% MCQ - 50% Simulation)

Part 4 :

  • Business Environment & Concepts (BEC) - Business & Finance
  • 4 Hour Exam (50% MCQ, 35% Simulation & 15% Written)
